Smaller Changes Lead to Bigger Weight Loss

  One change you can make that will greatly help you reach your weight loss goal is drinking more water.  The recommendation is 8 glasses of water per day.  While everyone knows that drinking water will speed weight loss,  it can sometimes be a difficult change to make.  Try making some changes and finding ways to make it easier to drink water.  If you drink a lot of soda or coffee, try alternating water with your regular beverages.  This is much easier than trying to switch from your preferred beverage to water.  Fruit juices also count towards water but they can be high in calories and sugars.  Try diluting your favorite fruit juice with water to make a flavored water. 

We've all heard about the importance of exercise for controlling our weight.  The biggest problem for many of us is finding time to go to the gym or the willpower to stick with a regular exercise routine.  This can often be because too many people try to make big changes too quickly.  Try building up to a regular exercise program or find ways to add more exercise to your existing routines.  For example, try taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work.  This adds a little exercise to your regular routine without requiring a large commitment or life change.
