PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Shipping policy
All U.S. orders over $80 receive free shipping (except on expedited orders).
Super saver shipping only $4.95
Mineralife will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $4.95* (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination). If you prefer, you can have your order shipped USPS** (Post Office) for only $4.95* (please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination).
For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
Orders received by 12 PM Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day, provided that items are in stock. Orders received after 12 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day
All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., and will then be shipped that day.
All shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS.
About International Shipping
Mineralife is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties before purchasing.
All orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Global Express and charged accordingly. Shipping rates are calculated by the USPS and are based on weight and destination.
Returns
Mineralife LLC will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase. Please call or E-Mail customerservice@mineralifeonline.com to authorize in advance of return. Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
Items that are older then 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Back Orders
While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. If we are out of an item, we will notify you promptly via email. In addition, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock so you don't have to wait on your whole order for one item. There is no additional shipping charge if this occurs

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Mineralife LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mineralife LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mineralife LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mineralife LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
